The Machon Maayan school building is located close to the residential neighborhood of Migdal Hamayimin Bet Shemesh, with the dormitories situated nearby.The dorms are housed in villas and there is a student lounge in each dorm where students can relax in an informal, social atmosphere. The dormitories are equipped with modern kitchens for home cooking, large patios,and beautiful gardens. Large shopping centers are located in very close walking distance from the dormitories.The Machon Maayan educational facility includes a comprehensive Jewish library that the students and staff utilize to prepare for classes, internships, special programs, and Shabbatonim. In addition, there is a computer room with internet use for students to do research or use e-mail.The Eim Bayit and Madrichot are talented, spirited young women who are always available to assist in program planning, aid in community internships, help prepare for classes, or just to have fun with. The Madrichot live with the students in the dormitories and the Eim Bayit, who is accessible to the students at all times, lives nearby. This informal team is committed to helping the student create and enjoy a wonderful and unforgettable year in Israel.

There is only one way to truly know if the friends you make are for life: If you can live with them for nine months and come out calling them your sisters. Living in the dorm was the best experience I could have asked for. As I became close with the other girls, I learned a lot about myself.
