Shabbatonim gave us a wonderful opportunity to connect with different types of communities, and people all over Israel. All of our community-based Shabbatot were student organized and planned. It provided us with a wonderful vehicle to develop our organizational and leadership skills.

Seminars are great because you have a chance to explore the land, the State, and its society. Unlike the action-packed Tiyulim that focus on the "big picture" of various regions in Israel, weekly seminars are specialized in areas such as Israel advocacy, Israeli-Arab conflict, Israel post-Disengagement, and Social Welfare. You have a chance to delve deeply in and become well versed in a subject on Israeli culture and Jewish life. It is a great experience to learn about Israel beyond the books.
